Lebanon’s Priority Sectors: Pathway to Opportunity

Lebanon Connect 3.0 is an exclusive matchmaking initiative under the EU-funded Lebanon Innovate Program designed to connect Lebanese innovators, researchers, academia, and industry leaders with their counterparts across the European Union. The event aims to foster collaboration, technology transfer, and investment opportunities while strengthening Lebanon’s innovation ecosystem.

As part of the event, the session “Pathways to Opportunities” has provided a strategic overview of Lebanon’s Healthcare, Agrifood, and ICT sectors. Expert Ghada Armali, who has been closely involved in consultation sessions and sector assessments, delivered an intervention highlighting key opportunities in these sectors and explaining why engaging with Lebanese stakeholders presents compelling prospects for EU partners.

This session served as a valuable gateway for international partners to understand Lebanon’s innovation landscape and explore potential collaborations across the targeted sectors.
