This article explores the growing legal and ethical challenges of intellectual property (IP) and liability in the age of artificial intelligence, with a focus on autonomous vehicles. It examines questions of AI inventorship, ownership rights, and responsibility for damages, referencing global approaches from Lebanon, the USA, and the EU. The article highlights the lack of unified regulation, the complexity of assigning accountability in accidents, and calls for comprehensive legal frameworks to address the rapid evolution of AI-driven technologies.
