About
I am the founder of ZĀD https://zadbites.com/ A Lebanese premium real‑food snack brand that combines whole ingredients with adaptogens to deliver calm, steady energy for busy minds. No refined sugar. No artificial preservatives. Dairy‑free. A growing range of flavours, each with a specific functional benefit. My career has been shaped by a passion for storytelling, social entrepreneurship, handmade crafts, and a deep commitment to well-being. I began my professional journey in the film industry, where I developed a sharp eye for detail, a love for narrative, and the ability to manage complex creative projects from concept to completion. I then transitioned into our family business, Jardins D'EDEN – a natural cosmetics brand with a 50‑year legacy started by our late father in 1965 in Tripoli. Alongside both my sisters, I helped rebuild the company, gaining hands‑on experience in product development, sourcing, production, and customer engagement. I learned first‑hand what it takes to rebuild a family business from the ground up. I hold an Executive MBA from ESA Business School, which gave me the strategic framework, financial literacy, and leadership skills to scale a business beyond the start‑up phase. I am deeply committed to Lebanese craftsmanship and believe in building brands that nourish people, create jobs, and strengthen the local economy. ZĀD is the culmination of these experiences, creative vision, operational know‑how, and strategic thinking. I am passionate about real food, functional nutrition, and building Lebanese brands with global potential. Open to connecting with investors, distributors, fellow founders, and anyone who believes in the power of honest food.
